Application

Direct acting flow regulators and, if applicable, differential pressure regulation in heating systems for local and district networks. Connect with electric actuator, suitable for control signal transfer to electric controller.

Characteristics

Valve closes when differential pressure, flow or output signal exceed. The highest signal closes valve. Device combination consists of:
• Valve with flanges
• Membrane actuator
• Adapter for measuring of flow set point connects with electric actuator

Versions

Valves with DN from 14 to 250, nominal pressure PN from 16 to 40, are designed for liquids with temperature from 5 to 150 0C, with electric actuators, with or without explosion safety for flow measuring according to set points of electric actuator output signal.
Type 42-36 E (photo) • Flow regulator with restriction for set point adjusting in forward or reverse direction
Type 42-37 E • Flow and differential pressure regulator for installation in flow reverse direction, for example, at heat electric power stations. Flow value restricted by valve, and differential pressure value adjusted by actuator.
Type 42-39 E (photo) • Flow and differential pressure regulator and pressure regulator for installation in flow forward direction, for example, at heat electric power stations. Flow value restricted by valve, and differential pressure value adjusted by actuator.

- electric signalization of temperature limit values and/or electric contact for locking connection to circuit – with pressure limiter type 2401
