Application

Flow or / and differential pressure regulation in the district heating supply networks and industrial plants. Devices equipped with additional electric actuator. When the regulator and actuator are connected, they can regulate the additional parameter (for example: temperature).

Characteristics

Valve closes when the differential pressure or flow rate exceeds. In addition, control signal from electric regulating device regulate the flow rate acting to electric actuator.
• Differential pressure or flow regulators are the direct-acting, controlled by medium energy and requiring little maintenance
• Single-seated valve with pressure in plug
• Possibility of electric actuator installation and flow rate regulation
• There are possible to supply versions certified by standard tests according to DIN 32780

Versions

Combined regulators consist of valve, diaphragm actuator and type 5824 or type 5825 electric actuator with safety position. On request type 5857 or 5757 regulators are supplied without safety position for DN 15…25.
For units with indirect connection (with heat transfer agent) for installation in the “minus” line:
- Type 2488 / 58… flow regulator
With type 5824, 5825 or 5827 electric actuator
- Type 2489 / 58… flow regulator
With type 5824, 5825 or 5827 electric actuator and additional type 2430K thermostat for temperature regulation
For installation in the “plus” line:
- Type 2491 / 58… flow and differential pressure, or pressure regulator
With adjustable set point of differential pressure or pressure and with type 5824, 5825 or 5827 electric actuator
- Type 2494 / 58… flow and differential pressure, or pressure regulator
With fixed set point of differential pressure or pressure and with type 5824, 5825 or 5827 electric actuator
For direct connection units and for installation in the “minus” line:
