Application

Electric actuators for valves for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems and in technological and industrial heating networks.

Characteristics

• Linear actuator with integrated digital controller
• Valve connects to actuator due the coupling nut
• The motor is switched off by torque-dependent switches when an end position is reached or in case the motor is overloaded • Control accuracy is written by Pt 1000 sensor
• Configuration, parameterization, diagnostic function and direct connection for monitoring over TROVIS-VIEW software
• During disconnection with software information is written in a memory pen

Domestic water heater versions

- Type 5724 and type 5725 • Especially designed for buildings with fixed set point control circuits in mechanical engineering applications. Applied with SAMSON valves type 3213, 3214, 3260, 3222 and 3226. Type 5724 with manual control. Type 5725 with fail-safe action “actuator stem extends”. - Type 5757 • Designed for small and medium buildings. It is recommended to apply with SAMSON valves type 3222, 3222 N, 2488, 3267, 3260 and 3226. For additional information see type page T 5757.

Versions for heating units

- Type 5757-7 • Actuator with integrated digital controller for single heating circuit with outdoor-temperature control or fixed set-point control. The possibility to use three Pt 1000 sensors for temperature measurement in a pipeline, outdoor or indoor temperature, or room panel type 5257-7. For additional information see type page T 5757-7.
